Shrine of the Muses

“Rio was doing an experiment and it was bubbling and it turned dark purple. And it kept bubbling, and there was this thing that kept popping up and down and up and down. We tried to stop it but it kept going. We were wondering about it.” – Maddy


On Friday, inspired by the Great Museum of Alexandria, students opened the KMS Museum. The word “museum” is rooted in the greek word that describes a “shrine of the muses”.  To make KMS into a place of many muses, the children set up activities around the school that would inspire exploration.
