KMS & Y.U.M Chefs are teaming up for a unique summer camp dedicated to teaching kids how to live healthier lives.

Culinary Adventures in Fitness & Nutrition is a special interactive summer camp that combines food, fun and fitness and is open to children ages 5-11.

Each day of the 2-week long session includes nutrition and food culture topics, exciting fitness activities and an exposure to seasonal wholesome ingredients.

Campers will be introduced to various sports, physically active games and overall wellness through daily fitness and nutrition lessons. Each week will have a schedule of games and sports that could include:

  • Sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball & baseball.
  • Games such as relay races and parachute activities.
  • Water Day each Friday—water games (no swimming).

Through these activities, campers will enhance their agility, balance, coordination and social interaction.

Culinary Adventures in Fitness & Nutrition campers must bring their own lunch, Y.U.M will provide a daily snack.
