Each day is composed of a savory cooking project and afternoon dessert activity. Camp begins with a serious talk about safety and hygiene, and ends with a fun fro-yo party!

Monday: Sushi and Spring Rolls! Dessert: Vanilla Rice Pudding
Tuesday: Bread Baking 101: Baguettes, Soft Pretzels and Butter from Scratch Dessert: Bread Pudding
Wednesday: Homemade Pasta: Rainbow Noodles using Vegetable Colors and Salad Concoctions Dessert: Fruit Tiramisu
Thursday: Greek Mezze Feast: Pita from Scratch, Hummus, and Meatballs (Falafel for Vegetarians) Dessert: Mini Baklava
Friday: Breakfast Twists: Funky French Toast, Purple Pancakes, and Egg-static Eggs! Dessert: Homemade Frozen Yogurt Sundaes!

Monday: Potstickers, Lemongrass Skewers, and Sticky Rice Balls! Dessert: Make your own Bubble Tea (Decaf, of course!)
Tuesday: Bread Baking: Soda Bread, Biscuits and Homemade Jams Dessert: Cookie Creations
Wednesday: Cheese 101: Homemade Ricotta with Homemade Savory Crackers Dessert: Fancy Granola Parfaits
Thursday: Mission Style Mexican Food Dessert: Churros and Chocolate!
Friday: Breakfast Flips:Les œufs fermiers (French version of Huevos Rancheros) and Pain Mexicain (Mexican version of French Toast) Dessert: Frozen Yogurt Sundaes!
