Vincent has 21 years experience with Summer Day Camps (10 years as a camper and 11 years as a staff member). He was a Program Coordinator for the YMCA of San Francisco. In August 2015, he came to KMS as our After School and Admissions Director. His experience with camp includes small traditional camps, to large educational based camps. He founded a Middle School day camp program with 20 middle school students. His passion in caring for children comes from his childhood, where he was given many opportunities in the arts and theater. He also has a strong passion for children’s health and nutrition, and keeping alive summer camp traditions he grew up with (including camp songs, friendship bracelets, and key chain lanyards.)
Vincent has an Associates in Sciences Degree in Child Development and Behavioral Sciences from City College of San Francisco. He is working towards his BA in Human Development at Pacific Oaks College. He also has over 20 hours in summer camp training including First Aid/CPR, Youth Development, and conflict resolution.
