Summer Garden Cooking Camp! A special Y.U.M chef camp centered around KMS’s organic garden. In this summer camp, children will cook “garden to table style”, harvesting veggies and herbs right from our organic edible garden! There will be garden themed arts and craft activities, and the kids will be cooking California style, drawing inspiration from San Francisco’s diverse cultures. We will be creating dishes such as rainbow veggie sushi rolls, garden pizzas, tacos, as well as concocting refreshing fresh fruit juice beverages flavored with aromatic herbs from the garden. The cooking will take place in a mobile kitchen set up adjacent to our main kitchen, and we plan to have an outdoor kitchen set up next to the garden when the weather is nice.Cost of camp: $475/ week
